All your customers in one place
Still having a separate system for your loyal customers? An excel sheet or a black book with hand scribbled numbers? With DigitalBooker all your customers are in one place, both those that have booked their times themselves as well as those that you have taken over the phone or in your store. That said, you can naturally also create temporary users that aren't put in your customer register if you for instance cannot hear their name. The real strength in this comes from seeing each persons history when they walk into a store - what class did they attend last time or what hair color did they get? Did they book online or was it your collegue they talked to on the phone? All is there as well as all history about each reservation.
DigitalBooker integrates seamlessly with Facebook, allowing your customers to log in with their facebook account and when doing this their image shows up in the customer register with a link to their facebook page. This way you can quickly check if they have made any of their facebook updates public that could work as an icebreaker or why not just check out what they look like before they walk in through the door.
Groups, Dynamic groups and Companies
Arrange your customers in to groups e.g. Students or VIP customers or tag a customer as a Company instead of a person. Or why not use a Dynamic Group by creating a group with all people that have an email address ending in @apple.com to list everyone working at Apple Inc. You can also add multiple filters to a smart group and list e.g. people based on their demographics and history with you. How about for instance listing all your customers that are female, over 35 years of age and have at least booked 5 times from you?
